Unfortunately and regrettably, I have to agree with you. Very often, statements made in a business’ marketing can cause it the greatest legal troubles.

Happy Friday to all COHO share holders. Just joined the IHUB with the intent of providing some more information to all. We are hard at work to continue our growth plan primarily through acquisitions and I am please to let all know that an LOI was signed with a technology company with a great synergy to our organization. DD well on the way. Hoping to complete in the next 6-8 weeks. More information soon. Financial will also be available soon with good trending. We are also making plans to hire IR -interviewed few good ones this week - hoping to start very soon.
