Agreed, if the oil co. wins- Voip-Pal.com can use this against 60 companies that Voip-pal notify. Everybody who study laws, this isn't a "Small Claim", it's a Supreme Court ... biggest decision maker, remember if you failed in the Supreme Court it's hard to get a re-trial.
I doubt there would be a double-jeopardy. Whatever the Supreme Court ruled, would be a HUGE impact on Voip-Pal.
UPSIDE: it's like hitting a Grand SLAM out of the park.
DOWNSIDE: Our claims hasn't reached to the Supreme Court yet. So, we need a company that has a similarities in the IPR, fight in the Supreme Court.
