Too much speculation to keep track of. The only thing that is certain is that more progress is being made. When and how many dollars are coming to GERS is still up in the air. Nonetheless a very positive sign consistent with all the facts we have gathered (not provided by KK or GERS with the exception of the OS count).
I still do not understand the fascination with BTZO -- when the news comes, BTZO will likely not even be mentioned. I do not want to hear about the "80%", no one has any idea what that means outside of their fantasies.
