If it were divided right it would go for more I guess. It has no real commercial value though, other than wetland credits. You can't get far past the gate without 4 wheel drive and most of it I don't even consider trying it in the truck. I've been stuck in there without a winch and it is no fun at all. There's no cell signal and a very long walk to the hill to make a call.
I have a house up on the hill on the opposite side of the river from it but it takes forever to get out and around to it. The picture was from the bottom of the hill at the house.
I'm considering a way/place to hoist a travel trailer or something that I could leave in there. Everything under 15 sometimes 20' gets flooded at some point every year though without fail.
