Shareholders of Voippal should be aware that when Locksmith prevails it will have to be paid FIRST before disbursement’s to Shareholders . Emil Malak and the BOD seem to not care that they are risking everything for Malaks lies. Seeing as they haven’t invested a dime in this new iteration of Digiphony.ca what do they care. In our opinion. Voippal shareholders should ask their company what exactly is at risk.
