Cannabinoids will never be a front line stand alone cure for any cancer. It may find use as an anti-angiogenesis agent or helper drug to slow down metastasis. At very high, and prolonged doses Cannabinoids will hit the liver. Otherwise it has a good safety profile. At least in its use to relieve pain. The original Kenny scam angle was CIAB avoided the toxicity of high Ifosfamide doses. Cannabinoids do not have that toxicity profile. Therefore, there's no need to encapsulate, or worry about systemic drug levels. No CIAB or encapsulation will be needed in the future. Assuming any drug company believes it's worth to pursue cannabinoids for cancer.
