According to the short interest report published recently, (PMCB) had 145,400 shorted shares for 0 days to cover. The prior short interest was 133,200 .

Actually the current semi-monthly Short shares reported by FINRA is 63,983, and the previous 50,038. An artifact of SEC rules 201-203, which allows shares sold by insiders, and not yet delivered to clear through the TA.

Also the OTC site shows the O/S last at 973M. In the real stock world Short share volume is not deemed significant until it reaches over 10%. What percent of the 973M O/S does 50K shares represent?

Is this some sort of code from the paid promo? Seems a random nonsense phrase by the promo site.

This scam's PPS isn't going either direction based on Short shares. It will go up/down based on Kenny PR pumps. And he just ain't doing too well recently.
