This is odd. Neoreader was updated November 17th. How can this be if the barcode patents expired and are worthless, as some here have stated (this has been stated on a number of occasions, and several of us have argued the point specifically referencing the "clearinghouse" patent and certain unexpired barcode patents. Since then, the conversation has morfed to a question of which entity owns the patents).

Let me first speak to the app update and the New website:

Why invest resources and money to update a worthless application? Unless the application is far from worthless ;-) YA does not spend a nickel on anything which does not stand to earn them a significant return.

Additionally, their NEW website (http://m.qode.com ) continues to display the following:

http://m.qode.com/mobileinvestors

and

http://m.qode.com/mobileinvestorspolicy

Oh yes, they certainly enjoy a NEW website, yes indeed. ...And it shares precisely the same information as the old website, with precisely the same "accidental oversights" as the old website...including the shareholder information which references "NeoMedia" throughout the page after changing all of the contact information (including "IR@qode.com). Of course it also provides a direct link to the STOCK.

Oh, yes indeed, it is a NEW website...one they specifically "announced" on Twitter a mere week or two ago (current information) ;-)

While I am hardly an attorney, a DELIBERATE change such as this, without first removing any mention of Neom and its stock and shareholders, with little question would create significant legal issues for YA/NM, LLC should the stock not be bound for recovery...MY FIRM OPINION!!

Now let us speak to the entity owning the patents:

I DO NOT CARE as to which entity currently owns the patents. While it is certainly palpable to consider the possibility Neom remains Dark and operating as am arm of NM, LLC (I've never been apprised of a declaration of BK. I certainly have not viewed a filing of BK...one specifically stating an "ending status" of BK), I FIRMLY believe a reverse merger (and associated r/s) will be executed bringing forward a new or revived entity under the Neom stock ticker (and said ticker may ultimately be changed and perhaps become listed on a new exchange).

All of the above...JMO.

Do you believe? I do... :-)
