I gotta go to work today to bury one of our deer that was found dead...and the boss man wants me to cut its rack off because it was one of our best ones.
Yeah Saturday was pretty awesome. We were at our place in GA. We have about 6 square miles total. A bit more than 3 miles of river front and two miles deep of swamp land and hardwood bottoms, so no crabs or clams. We dashed everything with montreal seasoning, wrapped ducks and deer in bacon, stuffed jalapeños with cream cheese and bacon and grilled the hell out of it. Had some for lunch just now. Nom Nom love all up in it... LoL
My Buyer got his commitment letter from the bank today so I'm hoping to get a lot more of that in the queue.
Still balls to the wall for now though.
