With a huge reverse split most certainly to come it might be best to wait until it comes. Pre- split shareholders will be left with next to nothing if it goes like 99.9% of OTC reverse splits. Jimmy Wayne owes AMHD common holders nothing at this stage. He will want a clean slate.
