this is no where NEAR the equal of an IPO!!! this is the back door to trading as a public company.

this is not at all the same as an ipo. there would be no underwriters, there would be no money raised and there would be no pricing. if this were ever to move to the nasdaq it would be exactly as hundreds of other otc stocks have done before, through a finra platform change notice. here are some examples. i can provide many more.
