Of course, I am correct that Charlie's lawyers screwed up. All I had to do was read the filings. I'll give you a few examples then allow you to buy the filings and confirm for yourself.

They screwed up when they failed to properly serve MEC's attorney (which is exactly why the Judge wrote this factual information when he moved this past week's hearing to next month). They failed to properly notify the true owner of the property they assume is owned by MEC, and they improperly brought co-defendants who had nothing to do with property or debt into this litigation without a basis for doing so. They served old duplicate papers via email, then lied about sending service via mail and never uploaded proof of service by mail. The unauthenticated "Declarations" they submitted are riddled with errors. Counsel referred to Judith Maranski as "counsel," misrepresented a notarized document, and on and on.

MEC is asking for sanctions and has had to insist on written communications due to the manipulation of conversations by Charlie's attorney.

Charlie should can his attorneys and ask for a credit against their charges.

I think it has been well established that California titles their lawyer's oversight board as the Bar, vs the word Board that other states use. It really is a non-issue for me. I recommend accepting the fact that I spoke in general terms with full expectation that the words "lawyers board" would be construed to mean the entity that provides oversight over the legal profession.

The real issue is that complaints can, and should be filed against lawyers that struggle to follow rules of civil procedure.

To the benefit of MYEC shareholders, MEC's attorneys have no problem following the Rules of Civil Procedure.

What started this conversation is you claimed their lawyers screwed up and should be taken to the board. No matter how much googling one does there is no "lawyers board". It's the state bar. Besides that though how did they screw up? Specifically you stated they didn't serve $MYEC properly. How do you know that? Could you please provide proof of why they should "take them to the lawyers board".
