He has extensive knowledge of many industries, including oil and gas, natural resources, optical networking technologies, renewable energy, private equity, venture capital, technology, telecommunications, and manufacturing. Prior to joining K&L, Troy worked in corporate finance at Motorola, Inc., where his responsibilities included evaluating new products, strategic plans, capital budgets and acquisitions. He received his J.D. and B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida, Magna Cum Laude. He was a member of the Florida Law Review and is a member of the Order of the Coif.
