We are in a start up phase and our PPS reflects that.

The past financials will look A LOT different than the future ones!

I would never commit to a purchase if the company had a poor bottom line or looked the least bit questionable.

I shut my ATM off to this one a long time ago,since the merger,and everybody did the exit,OMVS is still using the same ticker,with same CEO,on the 10K,and won't file now,must be something they don't want to tell us,IMO Stop Sign soon,and I do agree with your analysis
