up which could yield

a potential settlement...



I'm thinking the company

wanted friends to get

more cheap shares and

likes the Ce now...


Ce is baseless because

company filings are on

time and OTCM fees are

paid...

So OTCM could slap

a Ce on any company

with many board posts

or many tweets using

their interpretation...



But only imo, of course...LJ
