I stand behind my opinion that MEC has strong positions in their cases.

I read the complaint in the Charlie A. case. Many of his accusations cannot be substantiated.

Regarding your concern about my use of the general term "lawyer's board," Google CA lawyer's board, and note that using the general term "lawyer's board" is so normal nationwide that the Google return page lists California's specific name for their oversight organization. Another return reveals the names of the oversight organization in each state, and that some states actually use the term lawyer's board.

In conclusion, the use of general terminology is appropriate.

"MEC has very strong positions in their cases."

And how would you know this - from your "CA Lawyer's Board" - LOL.

And claims of fraudulent public filings by MEC and intentional failure to make current filings are "just a debt case", right?

LOL - the claims are set forth and enumerated. The several hundreds of pages of plaintiff filings are of record and now public.

Even the hilarious "CA Lawyer's Board" (is this on iHub or another chat room site?) wouldn't claim the Abujudeh case is 'just a debt case'.

Well maybe it wood, as there is no "CA Lawyer's Board".

So your comments are taken with that salt.
