Dangling 8 pennies off its all-time 13-year low, in the middle of the greatest market bull run in human history, isn't exactly good.

Give it time. If we are to believe what Seymour signed off on in the last 10-Q, then NNVC's share price will soon be at a fraction of where it is now.
