My analysis of the Charlie A case is that it will be settled long before next summer's scheduled hearing.

I have no interest in discussing past or present employees of MEC.

I am only interested in resolution to the two share fraud cases and the filing of financials.

He is a Defendant in the Charlie A case I believe?
