The 22's and 23's seem to be where many of the lower level buys made by flippers have decided to take the dollars and run to another play to gamble with another high risk stock. Not me, i like where OTTV is going and I have the patience to hold to much higher PPS.

.0022 is the technical level indicating a break out to the upside, only a fool would sell at that level even if they are short term traders. Has to be newbs that don't understand what they are doing.
