DECN's ESOP plan has been posted on the SEC Web site for years. Here is one link. There are others, about 5 in all. If you and Aly believe they are all illegal, feel free to call the SEC and complain. Let us know what they have to say. Robert Cox posted the first Employee Stock Option Plan on the SEC site, crafting the DECN plan from a similar plan by DirectTV. Were they in horrendous violation as well?
The company's plan covers officers, directors, employees and agents. Agents can be consultants, consulting engineers, consulting chemists, company lawyers, even sales people. Read up.
