**IF AND ONLY IF**

Since Baltia did in fact reach 14 cents when there was no real substantive reason for this jump IF AND ONLY IF this thing ever gets its certification it is possible for pps to jump $1.00+ and after all it is a sub penny stock. VERY VERY VOLATILE with the legitimate PRESS RELEASE.

RESPONSE

I can't stop laughing.
The market cap of USGlobal at $1.00 pps would be 9.5 billion dollars.
American Airlines has over 900 jets and their market cap is 23 billion.

ORIGINAL POST

Exactly. I suspect USGlobal will sky above +$1.00

The current pps are the cheaps. These shares wont last long.

Upon the firestorm of news about to come, good luck chasing.

LONG, USGlobal Airways

Very true and it would be higher without all the debt and long term historical costs.... 1 dollar per share is a little crazy.. but as******thinks it’s going to .50 so we got that going for us...

Reality is there are less shares in the float than someone stated... much less. Reality is they do need to produce revenue to get there. Reality is that they are working hard to do that... Reality is that just because a plane is listed for lease die not mean that a plane will not be leased. Let’s not all be fooled... I know you know this but others like to twist things

When the Acquisition is Completed and USGL is a Certified 121 airlines then it seems reasonable to me that the PPS could be justifiable around 5 cents though it will likely surge higher for a while I suspect. I also agree the float may be much smaller than some think. Look to the daily volume to see that PPS changes with very few shares changing hands.
