I watched the news report - it was a regurgitated version of the MMEX press releases.

I really enjoyed the Mayor saying - I sure hope it takes off and they do what it says they are going to do...

The Mayor certainly doesn't sound he has unbridled enthusiasm for the project being completed.

I must have missed the part about having the financing arranged.
