Could Novartis been trying to snatch up PS Targeting?

Now if one reads some past posts, we see of course Great Point Partners sort of seemingly paying off CSM in Fargo ND with all the sabotage ties to Peregrine.... but this Bernhard Hampl seems to have long ties to Novartis, beginning with Eon Labs....bought out by Novartis cheaply and then Bernhard becomes CEO Sandoz and again, cheap buyout by Novartis so what has Bernhard been doing lately??

When I go back and see ties now, with Ronin Capital Management nominees they want on the BOD at Peregrine....one has to ask all the tough questions and I say the reason why Ronin Hedge Group did not want to hear any undisclosed info is possibly because they have ideas what was going on....

they don’t need pphm to target PS. we’ve seen may other pathways targeting PS. have you seen pphm go after them for infringing their patent?nope.
