WOW, inexperienced traders would of kept their shares and those experienced would of sold their shares when the volume hit. Any experienced trader knows if the facts have changed and the company can't follow through on their financing deals or stories they put out that were not true, then you adjust and take your money elsewhere. Always good to get ahead of the dilution for sure! The CD holders will continue to dump as many shares as they can at these levels cause they are making at least 100% profits off the unexpected! Someone in fact sold 10 million shares in one trade! You are right, things are going to get interesting when they file the financials so I can summarize how much they have paid off versus the current shareholder structure.
