you are misunderstanding this. auditors compile every filing, whether it's a quarterly (10-Q) or a end of year (10-K). that's their job.
of these two, only the K filings are "fully audited".
the Q filings are not fully-audited.
the Q filings take much less time to prepare.
this is the case for all OTC stocks.
to reiterate, when SR tweets he gave something to an auditor, he doesn't mean the auditor is "fully auditing" every filing, Q and K alike.
