If Coherus or Momenta decided to go solo they'd be much more valuable. Going as a partner won't work out from a profit point of view.

Think about it. What has Sandoz ever contributed to Momenta besides money and marketing. If Momenta had the products solo they'd be able to dig out a decent return.
