Me too. My trigger finger was ready.

I wrote to a friend last night:

Barring any new stimulus to drive the PPS up before the next Q, I felt we were heading to sub $1 territory over the next 90 days. If we don't and just keep floating around the $1.10 area give or take, I would be patient and wait until closer to the next Q to buy more.

I aim to hold firm with those thoughts. 90 days is a long time in trading-land.

I find the low volume bothersome in conjunction with upwards PPS pressure. We're at half our 10 day average.

We've seen the PPS brought down easily on higher volumes.

Thought we were going to be able to buy below $1 =(

BTW RN, I hope you are only mocking me and not tearing up over the PPS rise?

The buying may have been stimulated by the Seeking Alpha article and the Fake News about the share buyback. The low volume may be a tell.

On the share buyback, there is still no info on ROX's website and no 8K was filed.

Since I posted the info about the SEC requirements to disclose the intent to buy back shares, I can only conclude there was a nefarious reason why someone started that rumor.

ROX would have to borrow money and pay interest on it in order to buy back shares. That seems insane in my opinion.

I have to run and miss the final minutes. I will check back in a little later.
