It seems logical and/or likely Bravada picked up a space or two in this fashion mall. Couldn't find a loopnet listing for suites L30 and L31 so I called the last occupant and confirmed they moved. The mall directory still has them listed as tenant but of course not the case. Some mall rat knows of a new place that popped up in L30 and L31. Could be Bravada's USA Fashion or not but I'm somewhat convinced Bravada has a presence somewhere in that building based on job search listing on Craigs List. Many wholesalers, importers and retailers in one building. Connecting dots around that craigs list post.
Bravada moved cutting their retail rental expense by at least 50% as I see it. Melrose was $10k+ per month, lease expiring in Nov. Now occupying mall spaces L30-L31.
