I get it - you can't answer the question...Regarding, why hasn't the fed been able to raise the interest rates hardly any over the last 8 years? - unless you've been living under a rock, the nation was digging out of the worst recession in modern times, thanks to GWB, and it was proved that holding down interest rates allowed the country to recover... check out where the stock market was in 2009 when the DOW avg was 7,000 and where it is today.
