Regarding the Stock Repurchase Program, I believe it is fake news.

I believe the rumor was started by an unscrupulous investor, and then picked up and published by a legitimate news source.

You (Dlicious1) found it in an article with incorrect dates.

I found it on the ROX home info page without any reference to the June date at:

Companies with excess cash may choose to increase shareholder value by using share repurchases versus initiating or increasing dividends.

ROX is not generating a positive cash flow. ROX would have to borrow money to repurchase shares.

Better uses of ROX's useable funds are additional inventory to age, warehousing space, and most importantly marketing.

The latter will increase revenues and thereby increase shareholder value.

I put ZERO credibility in the news. I hope ROX replies to me but won't be counting on it.
