JJ, try reading what you just posted.

Following the Committee's review, it will make a recommendation to the Board that is in the best interests of Peregrine and all of our stockholders.

The Committee is making a recommendation to the full BOD.

Yes, they will almost certainly not rec the Ronin slate. And the BOD then will almost certainly not put the Ronin slate on THEIR WHITE card.

It says nothing at all about an alternative slate.
