perhaps a poor choice of word on my part. It would be more along the lines of setting up the price per share and O/S to where they want it at.
If we are all assuming the acquisition provides the liquidity CRCW wants, the merger would still fall into line as an "IPO" of sorts. Using a R/S allows them to set a price for when trading becomes really active on the ticker
