precisely my point. talari is laughing all the way to the bank as he unloads shares here without any pr's at all. he has no news to release, so he just keeps tweeting to make it easy for company to unload shares. os is probably 3 billion by now... which would be a billion above what they are legally allowed, since the authorized with nevada is 2 billion and os is 2 billion. but hey, since when has this ceo ever cared about such minor legal details? lol
