My MHHC shares were transferred in as soon as my ORRV shares were transfered out on Scottrade on Monday morning. I think some brokers have been slow to handle things, not the TA

That's funny that they claim that the shares arrived just an hr ago when MHHC traded just fine over the past 2 days on Etrade. Definitely something fishy going on.

There is nothing "fishy" going on. When a company does a name/ticker change, or a split, new shares have to be exchanged for the old ones. That is the TA's job. It usually takes a few days.

But if any of the brokers wish, they can allow the stock to trade in the interim, with a special designation.
