Just got off the phone with E*Trade corporate action team. After indicating that I have filed and will actively push for an official inquiry into the inconsistency in their account of why many are unable to buy and sell $MHHC, they switched their story from "we have not received the shares" to "they just arrived an hour ago."
For those trading on E*trade platform, converted ORRV->MHHC shares should be tradable tomorrow without issue.
I believe the issues with TD Ameritrade (and Scott) have been resolved as well.
The STOP sign is the next corporate action, which updates will be shared on this board as soon as it becomes available.
