tommy re dell..my few expereinces with dell were unpleasant. the prices change daily if not hourly it seems..ive "tested" their honesty several times, as far as the offers in paper, free this, free that, and it seems the deals are never straightforward. There were times the "special deals" were expired..even though i called the same day they appeared!..i will not buy a dell
You lucked out..Manila...shoot my last call to customer service went all the way to India..and I had to ask where the lady was located...and that's what she said.. So DELL is using off-shore call centers...who said long distance rates where expensive...<VBG>
