they are not. they have as much ability to mine gold as I do. they have zero business operations, no capital, no assets. what leases do they own?

let's face it, the only play here was for a RM in which the assets - all or some - of crypto company were going to shift into RMRK for its trading ticker and charter location.

it's a little too late to start talking about its mining ops again don't ya think? i know the news after hours has brought some panic but c'mon man.
