Me either, but it remains a concern. I have a great lawyer friend and he helps me re-affirm that the group as a whole are tarnished by the few "weasels". We know there are plenty of lawyer jokes floating around.
On this board our poster pick is one of the "good guys". We tend to attract all you good guy readers, as we learned our lessons and want to share with the board what experience has taught. All the contributors are on that page. What I got from picks posts is... Corporate law is murky and confusing even to those in the field that don't specialize in it. Hence everything has to be run by "legal" before it is published.
With that in mind I sold less than 1/3 my ALDW units, and did enough DD on DK to be comfortable starting with 500... more to follow on dips. Schwab rates DK a B which is a good indication of the management. My goal is to hold DK for appreciation only, therefore it does not fit my long term mostly MLP agenda. That said it looks good as a great short to medium term play.
