AspenMTB, you are completely correct with respect to my financial interest being more aligned with AVID. Hell, I would be very happy if CJ and friends maintained the status quo for decades w/o accomplishing anything other than keeping the lights on and paying my dividends. Interest is fine for us old guys.
My reason for getting more vocal is that I have long had a belief that BODs and management have stolen control of many small US public companies from shareholders. And CJ represents this problem.
So, I will support any attempt to fight against this.
As far as the IP, I have serious questions about the value, but do not deny there can be some value. I do think though that PPHM no longer has the ability to properly develop whatever value there is. So a license deal of some sort looks right.
Exosomes may be an exception, but we have no real idea where that stands.
Also, I love a good fight :-)
