Wook- I would venture to say that most got involved in this stock (and board) because of the research on cancer and the investment became a byproduct of that. So right now, many feel like they lost on both fronts, especially after reading the DS and the proxy material.

Is there value in the IP and CDMO- Yes, and it will all probably work out. But there is a lot of raw emotion out there until this proxy issue is resolved

You seem to have forgotten that it was SK who got Avid to where it is today. Let me see if I am right as to who takes the first swing.

Please name me a company that went up continuously without a temporary pull back.

One can say whatever they want about SK's reign. But countering the PPS fail by noting that other companies have temporary pullbacks is absurd. The PPHM decline under SK has been 15 years.

Oh wait, I guess we are back to "astronomical" time frames.
