I agree but you are assuming there is a substantial amount of assets that are coming back, seems like for a lot of people here that is a given. I'm not so sure that is the case. I have never seen an asset list WalRat never required one to make decisions. FDIC nor BOD have admitted to any hidden assets. But there is always something that have bother me, lets assume insiders knew there was always legacy assets that were coming back and could benefit WMIH why in the heck did we get KKR involved?? To steal our goodies???
