I am not sure what you mean by bears.
It seems to me the only players who could benefit from the "sell" at today's share price levels are the warrant holders of Series C exercised at $1.60 and Series D exercised at $1.28. Otherwise, looking at the share price/volume of the past week it would require too many retail buyers bailing to reach today's share volume. (The sellers never let up off of it today.) It flipped immediately at $1.59 and the 50dma is substantially higher at $1.92. I don't know what else it could be.
