What really solidified my faith in the company was ordering bSafeMobile units from Cogosense and receiving them, along with Steve's business card and a note of 'thanks'. In addition, working with tech support at Cogosense on a Fleetsafer demo, and communicating with Olen Vanderleeden, VP Sales & Business Development at Aegis Mobility Inc. Professional demo and communication all the way. Would be remarkable for Steve to fabricate purchase of Cogosense right under their noses. Aegis (former to Cogosense) has a history that is not difficult to detail and research. This is a company that has sold Fleetsafer and other apps for years. The development/sale of bSafeMobile is far more recent.
Q1, Q2, and Q3 fins show the sales growth almost exactly as PR'd if you figure 30 days+ to delivery of first month's shipments. Could the fins be all lies? This is OTC after all, so could be, but an incredible amount of people would have to be in on this scheme.
Steve Berman (CEO) Olen Vanderleeden (VP, Sales and Business Development at Aegis) (Colleagues from Aegis Mobility) - Brian Simmers - Paul Zimmerman - Jim Curran - Sharon Neb Ali Lakhani (tech support - Aegis Mobility) Peter Einstein (International Sales - 15 years at MTV Networks and was an original member of the team that launched MTV MUSIC TELEVISION and NICKELODEON in the US) Eric Ritter (VP Sales - formerly with Zurich Insurance and Marsh USA) Michael Wach (Board of Directors - former executive vice president of ad sales for YES Network) Richard Lefkowitz (Board of Directors - EVP, Media at Fly Communications) Ron Nirenberg (Mayor of San Antonio, TX) Rick Snyder (Governor of the state of Michigan) Bill Jenkins (former NASCAR team owner)
I know the product. I don't doubt the past fins. I am hopeful and expectant that Q4 will show at least 50% growth and Q1 2018 will be well beyond 100% growth. Like most, I'd love to see audited fins and name change completion. Those would solidify everything and create a monumental pps run.
