exactly what my concern is.. if i knew an atty i would have already contacted him.... there is nothing i am aware of in a contract between an auditor and an entity that could prohibit its disclosure..the lawyer not letting him is certainly convenient... i have been trying to contact BILL JENKINS also to see if he ever heard of stever berman or ONCI.. so far no luck..
also.. waiting until FINS ARE AUDITED... or NOT is a sure fire way to lose all of your investment.. or most anyway...i will not be holding as we close on the time he says unless he discloses some verifiable [by a 3rd party] FACTUAL EVIDENCE of all he has said so far being TRUE.... ONCI
