Oh really? I thought they already "won"? Turns out they (and the shareholders) haven't won a thing.

So what has been the source of this "wonderful" and "victorious" DECN information over the last five years?

Berman and insiders have posted their thoughts on message boards and in one-sided press releases. Most of those minions didn't believe them, dumped their DECN stock and moved on.

Has anything changed?

I challenge anyone here to find any with DECN!

One common trait all Successful companies share is that they can rattle off a list of them.

With DECN I'd focus that exercise in two specific areas,first,Product launches,and then also building Stakeholder share value.

Rolling the dice on some type of litigation victory/Journey is a poor substitute for basic Business competence and success.
