Incorrect on multiple fronts....

First of all, DECN errors include but are not limited to errors in addition, DECN carryforward errors (numbers from the previous balance sheet filing at 6/30/17 that change mysteriously on 7/1/2017), schedules that don't match, outstanding share numbers that change between the different forms, errors in the cash flow statement, incorrect reference on notes that don't match financial statement reference, typo's, incorrect dates, etc.

Secondly, this has nothing to do with me "caring" about the DECN errors, rather the lack of care of this DECN management regarding their own internal controls.

For the record I am a licensed CPA.
