Uplisting to NASDAQ is a goal. You cannot be on NASDAQ immediately. You have to go one of three ways, and a new symbol is not going to be able to qualify this year. That does not mean it won't in time, but search the three ways and see what it takes. Even if there were a RS when uplisting, it is not going to happen for a while, not 2017
