You are wrong , I stated PPHM as entity will not be doing further R&D including subsidizing it .
The ongoing NCCN trials hopefully, wishfully. maybe will add to the leverage of the BOD in place at the time. CJ, ES, DP, cannot be trusted to do a deal. They have failed at it for 18 years,. The last thing we need is a last minute deal in desperation.
When Ronin takes the BOD we will have our best chance at getting the full value from PPHM , IP.
As I correctly stated and all BOD nominees on both sides NOW (only after Ronin showed the way) say, is a
pure CDMO and will not pursue any R&D to further PS, Bavi, and or anything else.
The path forward for all Parties both BOD and nominees rejects any further monies allocated for R&D.
The original NCCN trial was subsidized by PPHM, the path we would still be on if Ronin had not spoken truth to power.
So when this completes there is no next step. End of the road. Either partner , license or waste basket.
Unless MSK/NCCN is going to be PPHM sugar daddy and we don't know it . All R&D is done.
We should know what the cost going forward would be but the current BOD hides all the facts they can from shareholders.
Famous for the worthless half the story PR's leave us in a lurch. Always with the guessing games because we are treated like mushrooms in the dark, eating dung. It's done.
