In case you missed it I have In writing, from the SEC, that the warrants are illegal.

You have said this several times but have not offered any actual proof. Something in writing could easily be copied and pasted from an email, or scanned in from a hard copy. Why do you continue with this assertion if you are not willing to back it up?
