PPHM ASM for the FIRST TIME announces an ASM Date holding a PPHM Shares Holding "RECORD" Data LATER then the Announcement Date.

TUSTIN, Calif., Nov. 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Peregrine Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:PPHM) (NASDAQ:PPHMP) today announced that its 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on January 18, 2018, at 14191 Myford Road, Tustin, California 92780, located within the company's manufacturing campus. Holders of the company's common stock at the close of business on November 27, 2017, the record date, will be entitled to receive notice of and vote their shares at the 2017 Annual Meeting.

We are NOVEMBER 13th 2017 today and the PPHM shares held on NOVEMBER 27th 2017 (that is in the future) will count for your voting weight.

As far as I recollect (or at least in the last 5 years) the record date was in the PAST, hence when in September PPHM announce an ASM somewhere in OCT then the record date was something like AUGUST 15th 2017.

COSEQUENCES

1) RONIN will be able to vote with 9.6% and not 8.4% of his portfolio + all stock they can accumulate BEFORE the close of NOV 27th 2017.

2) Plenty of OTHER parties, supporting either of the two fighting teams (PPHM vs RONIN & Cie) can update their position.

3) PPHM may close deals with friendly parties (with on the shelf shares - as I posted in the past having a strong shelf is GOOD for contingency and protection against a HOSTILE ATTACK from RONIN is certainly a contingency worthy situation). Those share in the hands of a BP would melt down ALL OTHER VOTING power.

4) The transfer agent's list being kept tied to the chest forces RONIN in taking risk. More then 100Mil shares have been traded since all this started.

5) At least ONE Q/CC will be held BEFORE the ASM (technically POSSIBLY two because we'd normally have one in December too for Aug/Sep/Nov results but since the ASM doesn't take place in OKT we need a MAY/JUN/JUL Q/CC IMO.

The ASM will take place on AVID space. It will be a 100% CONTROLLED environment on PRIVATE PROPERTY of PPHM. It will NOT BE IN OFFICE SPACE but in the huge storage entry space (SPECULATION) towards which there is a VERY controllable path. Expect/be prepared to have the needed documentation to get in as a shareholder. The evens is conducted by a specialised media company (because IMO Media there will be :)
